VOTE NO ON U.S. SENATE RESOLUTION 26 – PROTECT THE EPA
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the EPA could regulate greenhouse gases starting
in 2010. This wise decision by the Supreme Court allows the United States to lead the
world in reducing greenhouse gases and fines the major polluters who don’t curtail their
greenhouse gas emissions.
The Climate/Energy bill draft proposed by Senators Kerry and Lieberman will undermine
the EPA Clean Water & Air Acts. In addition, there will be no greenhouse gas reductions
