ENMOD Excluded from Copenhagen Agenda

The Peace Caucus at the UN has been calling for a review and strengthening of ENMOD for years. We have tried to get military to be addressed in the environmental review conferences (CSD).
The Peace Caucus co-sponsored a panel on “Wild Cards of Climate Change”at the NGO/DPI annual conference in September 2007. This panel addressed the deliberate modification of weather and climate (including weather warfare), the pertinent treaties including ENMOD, the clouds being created by persistent jet contrails, and the need for natural remediation.
Rosalind Peterson of Agriculture Defense Coalition spoke on that panel and also was a keynote speaker in a plenary session. The synergestic effect of all the chemicals, particulates and electromagnetic energy being used for weather modification projects and geoengineering schemes designed to offset global warming should be a primary focus of the IPCC. We should all be questiioning why it is not.
